0 Tata Docomo announces Plan Voucher 47 for GSM prepaid customers in Karnataka

Tata Docomo has announced a new tariff plan, Plan Voucher 47, for its new GSM prepaid customers in the Karnataka circle. The operator says its new tariff plan provides affordable local and STD call rates and SMSes on the first recharge of Rs. 47. 

Tata Docomo's Plan Voucher 47 features local calls on the Tata network at 1 paisa for 6 seconds, on other networks at 1 paisa per 2 seconds and on landline numbers 1.2 paise per second. For STD calls, tariff is just 1 paisa per 2 seconds.

Users also get 10 minutes of free local and STD calls. Moreover, subscribers get 100 local and national SMS free per day. The Plan Voucher 47 is valid for 30 days from the date of first recharge.

“This plan gives you the benefits of making voice calls anywhere in India at just 1 paisa per 2 seconds. We are confident that it will serve as a lucrative offer for all our potential customers, to join our ‘happy customer’ family." Telecom Talk quotes A P Sriram, Chief Operating Officer, Karnataka Circle, Tata Teleservices Ltd as saying.

Tata Docomo prepay packs for GSM prepaid users in Karnataka

Earlier, Tata Docomo, the unified telecom brand of Tata Teleservices, slashed its tariff plans for Tata Photon Plus postpaid and prepaid customers by up to 60 percent. Tata Photon Plus postpaid users can now avail 6GB of data for Rs. 950, and 11GB data for Rs. 1,200 (both valid for 30 days month).

The operator has also revised its 3G data tariff prices. For 1GB of 3G data, users need to shell out Rs. 255. For 1.5 GB and 2 GB, the operator is charging Rs. 350 and Rs. 450 respectively.
