0 iPhone 5 to feature a Nano SIM tray

Apple is expected to launch the next generation iPhone, the iPhone 5 around September 12th and the rumour mills are hard at work, churning out new information about to Apple’s upcoming smartphone.


The latest rumour suggests that the device will feature a “Nano SIM” tray. Images have surfaced on the Internet suggesting what the tray may look like. The report comes from nowhereelse.fr, which shows off the images of the new Nano SIM tray.

Microsoft Corporation India has announced the availability of Kinect for Windows sensor and Software Development Kit (SDK) in India.


Surprisingly enough, the Kinect for Windows sensor has been priced at Rs. 19,990 – rather exorbitant when you consider the Kinect for Xboxsensor comes for Rs. 9,990, and the Xbox 360 4GB Kinect Bundle comes for Rs. 24,990.

Delhi-based Champion Computers has announced the launch of an Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich-based tablet called 'Wtab 7.2'. The device has been priced at Rs. 4,899.


The Wtab 7.2 runs on ARM Cortex A8 1.5GHz processor and has a 512MB of RAM. The device features 4GB of internal storage, microSD card support up to 32GB of storage, 7-inch (17. 8cm) 5 point touch capacitive screen, and front-facing camera. 0 Windows 8 retail packaging revealed

The Verge has photos of what looks to be the boxed retail packaging for two of Microsoft’s upcoming operating systems, Windows 8 and Windows 8 Pro. Windows RT, meant for ARM-based tablet / netbook devices, will not be available off the shelves.

The packaging features ‘Metro UI’ style (or should we say, ‘New User Interface’ style) Windows 8 logos, with different colour schemes for the two editions

0 Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 coming soon

The wait for Samsung's Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet is finally over.The device, which was first unveiled at Mobile World Congress in February, will be "available globally" this month, Samsung announced on Monday. Initially, the Galaxy Note 10.1 will be available in Wi-Fi-only or Wi-Fi plus 3G HSPA+ options, but Samsung promised to bring a Wi-Fi plus LTE version to market later this year.

Microsoft has launched a new feature for Office 2013 which is very similar to the Windows Store for Windows 8 apps. Called the new Office Store, it allows third party app developers to create, publish, sell and distribute Microsoft Office related apps. The store is specifically designed for Office 2013 applications.


Few weeks ago Microsoft announced the availability of its Office 2013 productivity suite. In yesterday's Office Store announcement, Microsoft revealed its new features.
